Universal Avionics is hiring an onsite IT Software Developer - Enterprise Applications in Tucson, Arizona. The role focuses on configuring, integrating, supporting, and extending enterprise applications across PLM, ERP, manufacturing systems, data migration, RPA, and shop-floor integrations. The developer will partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and other business teams to build technical solutions, maintain code and workflows, support releases, troubleshoot applications, and improve data quality and process efficiency. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least six years of enterprise application development, configuration, integration, or support experience, and three years each of PLM or product data management and data migration experience, along with experience with MES, RPA, ERP, APIs, middleware, and related technologies.
