Micron Technology is hiring an IT Software Engineer to configure, develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and support software systems for semiconductor manufacturing, including MES systems and third-party applications. The role involves customer and cross-site collaboration, incident and problem management, software testing, performance monitoring, training, and participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant computer or engineering field, experience with software applications, databases, Linux/Unix/Windows environments, and C#/C++ or Perl, with SQL or PL/SQL knowledge. The position requires domestic travel, flexible scheduling, and willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends; fresh graduates are welcome.
