Micron Technology is hiring an MES Software Support Engineer to develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and support manufacturing software systems across its worldwide semiconductor fabrication sites. The role provides incident and problem management, customer and technical support, software release testing, service-health monitoring, and training, while using AI-enabled tools to improve troubleshooting, observability, and operational efficiency. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant computer or engineering field, software and database experience, Linux/Unix/Windows knowledge, C#/C++ and Perl scripting skills, and willingness to work flexible shifts, overtime, weekends, and domestic travel.
