Nelnet is hiring a Software Engineer to develop enterprise-wide cross-functional software solutions, translate business requirements into technical specifications, design and integrate applications, and provide post-implementation support. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent work experience, at least three years of software development experience, strong relational-database and application-integration knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft .NET, C#, IIS, REST Web Services, and SQL Server. The position is hybrid, requires a United States Government security clearance, and offers annual compensation of $90,000 to $120,000.
