Description
The role is responsible for implementing and configuring WMS, TMS, customer, and DHL integrations; extracting and analyzing data for Power BI; maintaining technical documentation; resolving service requests and incidents; implementing new IT solutions; supporting testing, training, and post-implementation activities; managing assigned projects; and coordinating with IT vendors. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in computer studies or information technology, 3 to 5 years of integration and digitalization experience, SQL and database design expertise, reporting and business intelligence knowledge, and strong communication and analytical skills.
