Description
The IT Solution Expert will analyze and refine business requirements, evaluate technical feasibility, define solution requirements and architecture, coordinate implementation, support testing and deployment, and operate and improve solutions throughout their lifecycle. The role also covers incident management, service continuity, governance, security, and acting as a technical partner to Product Owners and other stakeholders. It requires a relevant engineering or IT degree, application-management and solution-delivery experience, Agile and IT-operations knowledge, fluent English, and a hybrid work arrangement in Lisbon.
