Flex is hiring an IT SOX Compliance Analyst in Chennai, India, to support the IT SOX Compliance Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring IT controls under Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. The role involves designing and documenting IT general and application controls, performing walkthroughs and testing, tracking and remediating control deficiencies, supporting internal and external audits, maintaining control documentation, and providing training to IT teams. The position requires 2–5 years of experience in IT audit, IT compliance, or IT risk management, knowledge of SOX 404 and IT general controls, and familiarity with frameworks such as COBIT, COSO, ITIL, or NIST.
