Furtok media GmbH & Co. KG is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to manage and optimize customer IT infrastructure. The role involves configuring and operating LAN/WLAN/VPN infrastructures, administering Microsoft 365 environments, setting up DATEV environments, building backup solutions, configuring firewalls, resolving incidents, and implementing IT security measures. This position requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication in German.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Completed IT training or a comparable qualification with demonstrable practical experience.
Required Previous Experiences: Solid knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, routing, VLAN, VPN)
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Windows Server environments
Experience with firewall configuration (Sophos, Securepoint, or comparable)
Knowledge of backup concepts and storage systems
Experience in a managed services environment or with ticketing systems
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of DATEV environments, e.g., Workstation, DMS, or Server
Experience with cloud backup solutions and monitoring tools
Knowledge of IT security standards
Microsoft certifications or DATEV certifications
