Description
The IT Specialist will provide third-level support for workplace systems and central IT services, operate and develop standard workplace setups and collaboration environments, configure and administer Microsoft Teams telephony, build automation solutions, and coordinate with the Service Desk, IT Security, HR, Procurement, and business units. The role requires vocational IT training, experience with digital workplace or Microsoft 365 environments, ITSM knowledge, and expertise in software distribution, endpoint management, or license management.
