Dev.Pro is hiring an entry-level IT Specialist for its Lviv-based IT Support team in Ukraine. The role supports office and remote contractors by troubleshooting hardware, operating systems, applications, networks, user accounts, permissions, and IT equipment; configuring and reinstalling laptops; documenting projects; managing licenses and parcel shipping; and writing basic automation scripts. Candidates should have up to six months of experience, familiarity with macOS, Windows, Ubuntu Linux, networking protocols, Bash scripting, ticketing systems, and user management, with AWS, GCP, Atlassian tools, and Python as desirable qualifications. The position is remote-first but based in Lviv and includes partial health insurance after probation.
