Everise is seeking an IT Specialist (IT Desktop Support) to provide technical support for both work-from-home and on-site agents, as well as support staff. The role involves administering Windows-based applications, managing Exchange and Microsoft Active Directory, performing desktop management tasks like system patching and imaging, and assisting with Microsoft and Cisco network configurations. Additionally, the specialist will handle IT equipment logistics and offer 24x7 on-call production support.
