ISN is hiring an IT Specialist to provide technical support for a federal HSPD-12 credential issuance and maintenance program serving more than 65 locations nationwide. The hybrid role is based near Washington, DC and requires onsite travel as needed. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and end-user issues; supporting SmartID/PIV, USAccess, ICAM, SharePoint, and related systems; coordinating with government stakeholders; maintaining deployed equipment; and providing technical guidance and documentation. The role requires at least five years of progressively responsible IT support experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or higher federal security clearance.
