AXS is hiring an IT Specialist I to provide event and client IT support, including on-site setup, hardware and software installation, network troubleshooting, remote hands assistance, inventory management, and support for live events. The role requires at least one year of IT support experience, an information technology or related degree, knowledge of Windows, Windows Server, Apple iOS, networking, and client-premises troubleshooting, along with significant travel, weekend and on-call availability, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
