ActioNet is hiring an IT Specialist / System Administrator in Silver Spring, Maryland, in a hybrid arrangement with 2–3 days onsite. The role provides Tier I and Tier II desktop support for Department of Commerce users, administers Windows workstations and servers, manages Active Directory accounts, performs patching and system updates, builds and maintains deployment images, provides remote and after-hours help desk support, and develops standard operating procedures and knowledge articles. A Public Trust clearance is required, with mid-level Windows, Active Directory, deployment, hardware/software troubleshooting, remote tools, and networking experience preferred.
