The role supports the administration and maintenance of modern IT environments, including Microsoft Windows Servers, Microsoft 365 services, Windows clients, user and permissions management, IT security, support requests, customer-site visits, and IT projects involving rollouts, migrations, and modernization. Candidates need vocational IT training or a comparable qualification, basic Windows and networking knowledge, interest in Microsoft technologies, strong communication skills, and good German; a class B driver’s license is advantageous.
