OpenLoop is hiring an IT Staff Product Manager to own its enterprise application portfolio as a product, not a ticket queue. The role sets the roadmap, leads Salesforce implementation, owns Amazon Connect and Jira/JSM intake, manages integrations and releases, establishes governance and compliance controls, evaluates AI and automation opportunities, and acts as a bridge between IT, clinical operations, finance, sales, and engineering.
