The IT Storefront Specialist is an entry-level, full-time role providing front-line IT support and administrative assistance to NMCI users in Patuxent River, Maryland. Responsibilities include computer and peripheral distribution, equipment tracking, new-user and employee check-in support, technology refresh assistance, and basic hardware and software guidance.
