IT Supervisor at Global Virtuoso

Global Virtuoso is hiring an Onsite IT Supervisor to lead day-to-day IT operations and provide hands-on technical support for employees. The role covers hardware, software, networking, user accounts, IT assets, help desk prioritization, vendor coordination, security, backups, documentation, and IT projects, while also supervising onsite IT staff and establishing support procedures. The position is full-time and onsite, requires at least three years of relevant IT experience, and prefers prior IT leadership experience and Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, Intune, Active Directory, endpoint management, ticketing, and vendor-management experience.
