MediCarrier is hiring an IT project manager to lead digital transformation projects in supply chain management for Region Stockholm and MediCarrier. The role covers project planning, implementation, follow-up, closure, schedules, budgets, delivery, change management, stakeholder coordination, requirements specification, and procurement. It requires academic education in a relevant field, at least five years of IT project leadership experience, at least five years of change and organizational development experience, and fluency in Swedish. The position is permanent and full-time, with work locations at MediCarrier in Spånga and Region Stockholm’s office on Kungsholmen, and remote work possible based on organizational needs.
