Rocky Brands is hiring an on-site IT Support Analyst to administer end-user workstations, support Windows and Mac users, resolve and escalate incidents, onboard and offboard users, install and upgrade software and applications, troubleshoot networks and systems, maintain knowledge-base articles, and provide second-level support. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of professional information technology support experience, and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, Mac, TCP/IP, and VPN.
