This role involves providing first-line technical support, diagnosing and resolving various IT issues, managing tickets, supporting diverse IT equipment, collaborating with internal teams, assisting with employee onboarding/offboarding, and maintaining conference room technology. The analyst will also contribute to implementing IT projects and staying updated with industry best practices.
