Filevine is hiring an IT Support Analyst to join its Chicago office and support both the Chicago office and remote workforce. The role provides ticketing, Slack, and in-person IT support; manages employee onboarding and offboarding, workstation provisioning, hardware inventory, access termination, Intune and Kandji endpoint management, IT projects, AV support, and emergency on-call duties. Candidates need 2–3 years of corporate IT experience, advanced macOS and Windows knowledge, MDM and ticketing-system proficiency, networking and security understanding, and strong communication skills. The position offers a $60,000–$70,000 base salary, medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees, paid time off, and other benefits.
