Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis LLC is hiring an IT Support & Operations Analyst in Euclid, Ohio, with travel to Marion, Ohio, to provide end-user technology support and improve IT operations. The role handles Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for PCs, laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, printers, and other endpoint technologies; maintains service-desk records and IT inventory; supports onboarding and endpoint lifecycle management; and contributes to reporting, workflow analysis, documentation, automation, and vendor coordination. The position requires at least two to three years of hands-on IT support experience, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 experience, and a valid driver’s license; the salary is $57,000 to $75,000 plus a performance bonus.
