Description
This role provides user provisioning and deprovisioning for enterprise systems and platforms, resolves complex access and application issues, supports incident and change management, documents processes and workarounds, and provides oversight and consultation for enterprise projects. It requires at least three years of access-management and user-provisioning experience, one year of informal leadership experience with IT or operational teams, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and six years of IT support or operations experience.
