TouchCare is hiring a full-time, onsite IT Support & Systems Administrator to serve as the primary technology resource at its Stamford, Connecticut headquarters. The role owns employee computer setup and support, Google Workspace and other SaaS access, identity and authentication, onboarding and offboarding, onsite troubleshooting, security and compliance, and the use of generative AI to improve IT operations. Candidates need at least three years of relevant IT experience, strong desktop and systems administration skills, and fluency with generative AI tools. The position pays $60,000–$80,000 and includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off, parental leave, and other benefits.
