Description
Artefact is hiring a full-time IT Support Assistant in the Netherlands to support workplace systems, office networks, meeting-room technology, user accounts, device onboarding and offboarding, hardware inventory, security, and IT projects. The role requires approximately two years of end-user support experience, knowledge of cloud and device-administration tools, strong communication and self-organization, and availability to travel to the Utrecht office two to three days per week. Candidates must reside in the Netherlands and visa sponsorship is not available.
