Description
The role analyzes and follows up on support tickets, tests and validates corrections and new features, ensures deliverables meet requirements, supports requirement definition with users, acts as the interface between users and technical teams, documents processes and solutions, and monitors legacy and adjacent systems for bugs and recurring issues. It requires a higher-education degree in information technology or a related field, support or user-service experience, strong communication and writing skills, and availability for in-person training in Marília.
