Description
The IT Associate provides frontline technical support and helps administer the organization's technology systems. Responsibilities include user account management across Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and business applications; software licensing and permissions; hardware and mobile-device deployment; troubleshooting; IT asset and software inventory management; Microsoft 365 and cloud administration; and coordination with internal departments, managed service providers, and external providers. The role also supports ERP systems, cybersecurity initiatives, and overall IT operations.
