Amazon is hiring an IT Support Associate II to support operations facilities in a defined geographical area by troubleshooting and maintaining IT equipment, handling network support requests, assisting with new-hire training, learning new technologies, and supporting customers across multiple buildings and remotely. The role requires experience troubleshooting integrated computer systems, customer-service experience, and at least one year of Windows, Mac, or Linux support experience or equivalent experience.
