Amazon is hiring an IT Support Associate II to support Amazon Operations facilities in a defined geographical area. The role involves troubleshooting and maintaining IT equipment, handling network support requests, assisting with new-hire training, learning new technologies, supporting customers across multiple buildings and remotely, and traveling within the local or regional area. The position requires experience troubleshooting integrated computer systems, customer-service experience in a dynamic environment, and at least one year of Windows, Mac, or Linux support experience or equivalent experience.
