Description
Amazon is hiring an IT Support Associate II to support Amazon Operations facilities by allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment; handling network support requests; assisting with new-hire training; learning new technologies; and supporting customers across multiple buildings and remotely. The role requires at least one year of Windows, Mac, or Linux support experience, experience troubleshooting integrated computer systems, and experience with thermal printers, thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals. Preferred qualifications include relevant IT certifications and customer-service experience. The position is based in Barrhaven, Canada, pays CAD 26.63–36.92 per hour, and includes healthcare benefits starting on Day 1, a matching 401(k), and up to 20 weeks of paid parental leave.
