Description
Amazon is hiring an IT Support Associate II to support Amazon Operations facilities by allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment; handling network support requests; assisting with new-hire training; learning new technologies; and supporting customers across multiple buildings and remotely. The role requires experience troubleshooting integrated computer systems, customer service in a dynamic environment, physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds and work long shifts, and at least one year of Windows, Mac, or Linux support experience or equivalent experience. Preferred qualifications include CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux, Microsoft hardware installation, AWS, or other relevant certifications. The position offers Day 1 healthcare benefits, 401(k) matching, and up to 20 weeks of paid parental leave, with starting pay of 23.50–37.74 USD per hour in Bondurant, Iowa.
