Description
The role provides Level 1 IT production support for manufacturing and shop-floor operations, troubleshooting application, SQL, network, hardware, printer, scanner, and workstation issues. Responsibilities include incident management, application testing and deployment support, documentation, coordination with production and engineering teams, and support for Oracle ERP–MES–SCADA interfaces and Industry 4.0 initiatives. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, some work experience or intermediate knowledge, and familiarity with SQL, Windows, networking, basic MES/SCADA, and Oracle ERP concepts.
