Svante is hiring an IT Support Co-op for a January 2027–August 2027 term in Burnaby, British Columbia. The role provides hands-on IT support to employees, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, manages onboarding and offboarding, maintains IT assets and infrastructure, supports Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and security practices, and contributes to technical documentation and technology enablement. Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, Active Directory, and basic networking; prior technical support experience is preferred. The position pays CAD 3,200–4,100 and includes extended health and dental benefits.
