Description
Amazon is hiring an IT Support Engineer to support end-user equipment and building IT infrastructure, troubleshoot incidents, help with network projects for new buildings, improve IT processes, and train and mentor IT technicians. The role is based on site with travel to other operational sites in the country and potentially internationally several times per month. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, experience with troubleshooting, client/server/network services, networking technologies, Windows/Mac/Linux systems, a valid EU driver's license, and advanced Spanish and English proficiency.
