Description
Amazon is hiring an IT Support Engineer to support end-user equipment and building IT infrastructure, assist with network projects for new buildings, improve operational IT processes, and train and mentor IT technicians. The role is based on site with travel to other operational sites in the country and potentially internationally several times per month. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, experience troubleshooting in a multi-user high-availability environment, PC repair and deployment experience, IT client, server, and network service delivery experience, networking and operating-system experience, Windows Server experience, fluent English, and a full UK driving licence. Preferred qualifications include networking, video-conference support, and relevant IT certifications.
