Description
Amazon is hiring IT Support Engineers to work at its fulfillment centers in Japan. The role provides internal help desk support, troubleshoots and manages Windows and Linux terminals, servers, networks, client devices, and related infrastructure, supports server-room and rack operations, manages IT assets, and contributes to safety and new-business projects. The position requires shift work including weekends, business trips, and possible relocations, with Japanese JLPT N1 or equivalent and English communication skills required.
