Description
Amazon is hiring an IT Support Engineer to support end-user equipment and building IT infrastructure, assist with network projects for new buildings, improve IT processes at operational sites, and train and mentor IT technicians. The role is based on site with travel to other operational sites in the country and potentially internationally, and requires a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, multi-user troubleshooting experience, IT client/server and network service delivery experience, networking and operating-system experience, a valid EU driver's license, and advanced Italian and English proficiency. The position is based in San Salvo, Italy, with a minimum gross base salary of 31,100.00 EUR annually.
