Airwallex is hiring an IT Operations Specialist to provide on-site and remote IT support for employees and contractors, troubleshoot hardware and software, support SaaS applications and AV, manage onboarding and offboarding, document processes, and assist with office moves and inspections. The role requires prior macOS support experience, English communication and documentation skills, basic and intermediate networking troubleshooting, and experience in international, high-growth multinational technology environments.
