Airwallex is hiring an IT Operations Specialist to provide on-site and remote IT support for employees and contractors, troubleshoot hardware and software, support SaaS applications and AV, manage onboarding and offboarding, document processes, and assist with office moves and other IT projects. The role requires prior macOS support experience, English communication and documentation skills, basic networking knowledge, and experience in international and high-growth multinational technology environments.
