Description
The IT Support Engineer will provide on-site and remote support for employees, troubleshooting hardware and software on macOS and Windows systems and maintaining IT services, assets, security controls, network connectivity, and meeting-room technology. The role also includes onboarding and offboarding, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and process improvements. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 4–6 years of IT support or system administration experience, strong macOS and Windows knowledge, and familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Kandji, and SentinelOne.
