Diraq is hiring an IT Support Engineer to provide first- and second-line support for colleagues in the United States and across its other locations, with a primary focus on Chicago, Palo Alto, and Los Angeles offices. The role covers hardware, software, user access, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows and Linux troubleshooting, endpoint management, device provisioning and offboarding, documentation, networking, security, and technology rollouts. It is a hybrid EoR/PEO position with a target base salary of $130,000 to $160,000 per year plus benefits.
