Description

Hunt St is recruiting a Philippines-based remote IT Support Engineer for direct engagement by an Australian IT and cybersecurity services client as an independent contractor. The role provides frontline customer and technical support, remote troubleshooting for Windows workstations, networks, printers, firewalls, Microsoft 365, Azure and Entra ID, ticket and SLA management through Autotask PSA, and support for IT deployments and infrastructure projects. The schedule aligns with Sydney business hours, Monday to Friday, with occasional after-hours project or maintenance work.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Previous experience in an IT helpdesk, service desk, MSP, or IT support engineer role
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Autotask PSA, MSP environments, Apple macOS, Microsoft Intune, or Microsoft Defender
Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams administration, or RMM platforms
Experience with backup and disaster recovery or IT infrastructure deployment projects
Customer focus, ownership, proactive work style, organization, and independent remote working
