Molex is hiring an IT Support Engineer in El Salto, Jalisco to serve as the primary onsite IT contact for hardware, software, and operational technology support in a manufacturing environment. The role maintains secure and reliable IT and OT infrastructure, troubleshoots site operations issues, supports networking and end-user technologies, coordinates vendors, administers Microsoft 365 and mobile device management, and partners with regional IT teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of IT experience or an associate degree with 7+ years of relevant IT experience, along with manufacturing or connected-factory experience and strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
