Description
The IT Support Engineer provides onsite technical support for the Education Services team at customer locations, troubleshooting and maintaining servers, networks, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, workstations, laptops, and Chromebooks. The role includes incident management, documentation, customer communication, training support, and implementation of management tools such as Kaseya, Logic Monitor, and antivirus. Candidates need an associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience, at least two years of related hands-on experience, user-support and troubleshooting experience, and willingness to obtain Microsoft and Google Workspace certifications within 12 months of hire.
