Parte is hiring an IT Support Engineer at its headquarters in Antwerp-South to maintain a reliable and user-friendly IT environment. The role involves resolving tickets and outages, monitoring priorities, managing Microsoft 365 accounts, permissions, devices, onboarding, offboarding, licenses, and hardware, following up on incidents, analyzing trends, and supporting IT projects. The position requires an IT-related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, IT service desk experience, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and network and systems administration knowledge, strong communication and process-oriented skills, and fluency in Dutch with French ability.
