Pediatrics Plus is hiring an IT Support Engineer to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and support hardware, software, networks, and technology systems for its pediatric healthcare locations. The role provides remote and onsite technical support, manages user accounts and Microsoft 365 environments, handles help-desk tickets, performs proactive site visits, and coordinates with IT teams and outside providers. The position requires travel within approximately a two-hour driving radius, a valid Arkansas driver's license, and regular attendance; medical, dental, and vision insurance are offered.
