PubMatic is hiring an on-site IT Support Engineer in Redwood City to serve as the primary technology support presence for RWC-based employees. The role covers end-user support for macOS and Windows, device lifecycle management, Okta identity and access administration, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory support, networking and firewall troubleshooting, Zoom and conference-room technology, and AI-driven automation using PowerShell, Zsh, Python, or Okta Workflows. The position requires mixed-platform IT support experience, Okta administration, MDM or remote-management experience, Microsoft 365 administration, and strong communication skills. It offers a total compensation range of $110,000–$145,000 USD, healthcare, dental, and vision insurance, along with other benefits.
