Sécheron Hasler Group is hiring in Bangalore for a highly skilled IT Support Engineer to own day-to-day IT operations across end-user support, Microsoft 365 administration, Windows Server infrastructure, networking, and security. The role involves advanced Level 1/2 support, device lifecycle management, M365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune/Endpoint Manager, Azure AD, and Defender for Endpoint, plus server administration, firewall and VPN support, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. The candidate should be able to work independently, troubleshoot complex issues, and support onboarding/offboarding, patching, compliance, and security processes.
