Server At Work is hiring a full-time Support Desk Engineer to work onsite at a Mandeville, Louisiana client office. The role provides remote and onsite support for computer hardware, software, networks, cybersecurity, mobile devices, and IP phones; handles tickets and phone calls; performs operating system and application installations and configurations; triages incidents; and coordinates escalations. The position requires an associate's or bachelor's degree in a computer-related field, relevant Microsoft and CompTIA certifications, at least three years of Microsoft desktop OS and network troubleshooting experience, a driver's license, and 30% travel.
